Watermelon juice - summer thirst quencher

Ingredients: Watermelon - 2 cups chopped Sugar - 1 tbsp(if u prefer ) Preparation: 1.Cut the watermelon  and take one part of it and deseed.Chop them roughly into pieces and discard the outer layer. 2.In a mixer,add the chopped watermelon and a tbsp sugar and blend it till smooth.Add ice cubes if its not chilled and serve .(do not add water since watermelon itself as water in it) 

ORANGE JUICE

Ingredients: Orange - 2 Lemon - 1/2 of 1 Ginger - 1/4 tsp crushed Sugar - as needed Water - 1 cup Ice cubes - 4-5 Preparation: 1.Cut the orange into half and again half, peel and remove seeds. 2.In a blender,add the peeled orange pulp along with half lemon juice ,ginger and sugar. 3.Add water and blend for just 1 minute. 4.Remove and strain through sieve into glasses,add ice cubes and serve.

POMEGRANATE MILKSHAKE

Ingredients: Pomegranates - 1 Cold  full cream milk - 2 cups Sugar - 6 to 7 tbsp ( its upto u ,as sweet u r) Water - 1/2 cup Preparation: 1.Cut open the pomegranates and submerge in a bowl of water.Remove the seeds  from promegranate (it will sink at the bottom) and discard the peel and membranes. 2.Strain the water and add the seeds in a blender with sugar and 1/2 cup water.Blend it well. 3.Add the chilled milk and blend for another few seconds. 4.Switch off and strain through a sieve to serving glasses.(can use ice cubes too)
