QUICK AND EASY GOBI FRY
Ingredients: Gobi - 1 small Water Salt Oil - for deep frying For the batter: Maida/ all purpose flour - 1/2 cup Cornflour - 1/4 cup Pepper powder - 2 tsp Salt - as needed Red colour - 1/2 tsp Water - as needed to make a thick batter To garnish Onion- 1 medium Garlic pods - 2 crushed Red chilly - 3 cut into half Oil - 3 tbsp Corriander leaves - a few chopped Preparation: 1. Seperate the gobi from stem into pieces as u desire.clean in water.In a saucepan add water ,salt and add the gobi pieces and boil. 2.When it boils,switch off and strain in a strainer. 3.In a bowl,mix maida,corn flour,pepper powder,salt ,red food colour along with water to a thick paste. 4.Add the strained gobi to the prepared batter and mix . 5.Heat oil in a kadai, 6.When hot,add the gobi,one by one to the oil and deep fry by turning over each side is brown and done. 7.Rem...
