Gobi - 1 small
Oil - for deep frying
For the batter:
Maida/ all purpose flour - 1/2 cup
Cornflour - 1/4 cup
Pepper powder - 2 tsp
Salt - as needed
Red colour - 1/2 tsp
Water - as needed to make a thick batter
Onion- 1 medium
Garlic pods - 2 crushed
Red chilly - 3 cut into half
Oil - 3 tbsp
Corriander leaves - a few chopped
1. Seperate the gobi from stem into pieces as u desire.clean in water.In a saucepan add water ,salt and add the gobi pieces and boil.
3.In a bowl,mix maida,corn flour,pepper powder,salt ,red food colour along with water to a thick paste.
6.When hot,add the gobi,one by one to the oil and deep fry by turning over each side is brown and done.
8.In another pan, add oil and add the chopped onion and saute for few minutes till brown.
