SERRADURRA

Ingredients:
Marie biscuits or packed biscuit powder -10-15 or 3/4 cup
Fresh cream - 1
condensed milk - 6 tbsp (add more if required)
Vanilla essence - 1 drop
choclate chips - as required to decorate (can add cocoa powder )

Preparation :
1. In a processor,powder the marie biscuits until fine if not using powdered pkt biscuit.Take a clean bowl
and add cream ,to this add condensed milk accordingly.


2.Beat the mix with a hand mixer or electric mixer for 3 min until soft peaks form.
3.Now add  a drop of vanilla n beat well.

4.Layer them in small individual glass or any bowl .
5.Fill the first layer with 1 tsp powdered biscuit.


6.Second with 2 tbsp whipped cream mix.
7.Now again with 1 tsp powdered biscuit.

8.Again with 2 tbsp cream mix and continue the same way  until the glass fills.


9.Add 1 choclate chip in each bowl or sprinkle with cocoa powder and refrigerate whole night or
can be kept in freezer for 2-3 hours,remove 15 min before serving.
