White rice/ long grain rice -2 cups
Coconut grated - 1 cup
Boiled rice - 1/2 cup
Water - 2 cups ( add accordingly )
Salt - as required

For the filling:
Coconut grated -1/2 cup
Sugar - as needed
1. Soak  the rice for about 2 to 3 hours and grind altogether to a fine smooth paste.Add water as needed and make to a pouring consistency.
2. Prepare the filling by mixing sugar and grated coconut.

3.Heat a  tawa and rub oil on it, pour a ladle ful of batter and circle with the backside of ladle (if using non stick pan no need of oil, after pouring batter ,tilt the pan)
4.Cook until the edges form crispy and take it off without breaking.

5.Now add the filling from one side and rotate.

6. Repeat the same with all the batter and therada is ready to serve !!!
