ARI DOSA / NEERU DOSA


Ingredients:
Long grain rice - 1 cup
Coconut grated - 1/2 cup
Water -3 cups
Salt - as required

Preparation:
1.Soak rice for about 4 hours. Wash rice and grind by adding grated coconut and salt using water to make a pouring consistency( add  water accordingly,to adjust the consistency).

2.Heat a dosa  tawa on medium flame .When hot,grease the tawa with  oil using kitchen tissue or muslin cloth and pour 1 ladleful batter in the centre and using back of the ladle, spread the batter in a circular motion starting from centre and ending outside..(if using non stick pan,no need to add oil,just pour the batter and swirl the pan),adjust the heat to medium,it should not be low or high.Cook for few minutes until the edges form crispy and starts to leave the sides.
3.Take it off and repeat the same with all the batter and serve with any curry(veg,non-veg).

    Pls feel free to write ur name,
    u can use any basmati rice or white rice ... That u get in stores...I donn know dosa rice.....coz i dont use seperate rice for dosa...
    I hope i cleared it.....if not pls rply...thank you...
