WHOLE CHICKEN FRY


INGREDIENTS;
Whole chicken - 1
Red chilly powder - 4 tsp
Corriander powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp + 1/2 tsp
Lemon - 1 big
Salt - as needed
Water - to boil
Oil - for deep frying

Preparation:
1.Wash the chicken well  and drain.

2.In a saucepan, add half water and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder and salt ,add the chicken to it and heat on medium flame for 5 minutes or until boils.and flip it over and boil for 2 to 3 minutes.

3.Remove and drain in a colander.In a bowl,make thick  paste by adding red chilly powder,corriander powder and turmeric powder and a little salt needed to the paste,add lemon juice to it(add water if needed,not too much just a tbsp)

4.Marinate the drained chicken with the paste and allow it to rest for 15 minutes.

5. Heat  oil in a pan,


6.When hot, place the chicken slowly and heat on medium flame till done,flip it and fry both the sides until brown.
