Maida - 3/4 cup
Eggs - 5
Cardamom - 3-4 crushed
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Salt - a pinch
Oil - for frying
1.In a bowl,add egg and sugar ,powdered cardamom and beat well.
2.Add maida slowly to it and mix well until u get a batter consistency(not too thin or too thick),add more maida if needed.
3.Heat oil in a pan on medium flame,
4.Make one hole in a coconut shell .
5.Close the hole with finger and add the prepared batter to it.
6. Hold above the hot oil, remove the finger and drop the batter in a circular motion to the oil.(i couldnt take pictures,my son was taking it for me)
7.Flip and cook the other side,remove(its a fast process ,dat it should be in medium flame only ,u have to drop ,flip over and remove)
