Ingredients:
Sponge cake - home made or store brought
Choclate coating
Dessicated coconut

Preparation:
 Sponge cake or pound cake (i used store brought,u can prepare u r own  cake)

Choclate coating:
Butter - 1 1/2 tbsp
Sugar - 2 cup
Cocoa powder - 3 tbsp
Water - 3/4 cup

Method:
1.In a bowl , add 3 tbsp cocoa powder.


2.To this,add 2 cup of sugar and mix well and keep aside.


3.In a saucepan,add 3/4 cup of water and 1 & 1/2 tbsp butter and boil.

4.When it boils,switch off and pour this to the prepared sugar and cocoa mix and mix well until combined well without any lumps.
5.Choclate coating is ready.

METHOD OF PREPARATION:
1. Cut the cake into small  squares.


2.Prick a piece of cake with a fork,dip into the prepared choclate coating and coat well( take care not to soak)Drain the excess choclate coating by lifting the cake piece and tapping against the rim of the bowl.
 3.Roll in dessicated coconut .
4.Repeat the same with the rest and arrange in plate ,cover and refrigerate.
