PANEER PAYASAM

Ingredients:
Paneer (fresh or frozen,i used frozen) - 3/4 cup crumbled
Milk - 2 cups
Condensed milk - 1/2 cup or adjust as per taste
Cardamom powdered - 3
Pistachios - a few sliced
Cashewnuts - a few coarsely powdered(i used caramalised cashews and crushed)
Saffrons - a pinch(i dint have,so dint add)

Preparation:
1.Thaw the paneer to room temperature and just pulse in a blender until crumbled and keep aside.



2.In a pan add 2 cups of milk and bring to boil on low heat.
3.When it starts to boil,add condensed milk and mix well.
4.Let it boil and then add the powdered cardamom.
5.Add the crumbled paneer to the boiling milk and allow it to simmer for upto 5 minutes  and add the pistachio,cashews and a pinch of saffron strand to it and switch off the flame.

6. Refrigerate until chilled and serve in small glasses.
