POMEGRANATE MILKSHAKE


Ingredients:
Pomegranates - 1
Cold  full cream milk - 2 cups
Sugar - 6 to 7 tbsp ( its upto u ,as sweet u r)
Water - 1/2 cup

Preparation:
1.Cut open the pomegranates and submerge in a bowl of water.Remove the seeds  from promegranate (it will sink at the bottom) and discard the peel and membranes.
2.Strain the water and add the seeds in a blender with sugar and 1/2 cup water.Blend it well.
3.Add the chilled milk and blend for another few seconds.
4.Switch off and strain through a sieve to serving glasses.(can use ice cubes too)
