SIMPLE AND EASY SWEET MAIDA DOSA
Maida/all purpose flour - 1 &1/2 cups
Egg - 1
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Water - as needed
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 5 tbsp
1.In a bowl,add maida,egg and salt .
2.Add water slowly,may be 1 or 1&1/2 glass or as much needed to make a pouring consistency batter and mix well in a beater or spoon until no lumps are found.
3.In a small bowl,add ghee and sugar,mix well and keep aside.
4.Heat a non stick fry pan on medium heat and when hot, add a ladle of batter and move in a circular motion.
5.Cover with lid and cook for just 1 or 2 minutes ,it will b cooked.Remove to a plate and repeat the next,cover and go to the first one,spread ghee and sugar mix over it and fold.
6.Repeat the same until all batter finishes.serve as a snack and enjoy with tea or coffee...
