ERACHI PETTI / MEAT BOX (crepes filled with chicken stuffing)

I dont know the actual name of  this snack....I have seen it in a tv show years back and I prepare this often...easy and yummy snack.......so thought i will share it here...

Ingredients:

For the pancake:
All purpose flour / maida - 1 cup
Egg - 1
Salt - to taste
Water - as needed to make a batter as for dosa

For Chicken filling :
chicken masala

For dipping:
Egg - 1
Salt - a pinch
Garam masala powder - sprinkle

Preparation:
1. In a mixing bowl, add maida, egg, salt and water little by little  and mix without forming lump to a pouring consistency batter(not too thick or too thin).
2.Heat a non stick pan on medium flame and  pour a little batter using a ladle  to form a small dosa.

3.Take it to a plate when done( it just takes few minutes) and prepare the next dosa in low heat so that u can do the filling on the first dosa.
4.Fill with 1 tbsp of the prepared chicken stuffing and fold on all sides like a box.

5.Take the second pancake to a plate and keep the first fillled meat box  over it and cover once again as a box.
6.Keep aside and repeat the same with the rest.
7.In a bowl, beat 1 egg along with a pinch of salt and garam masala powder.
8.Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a fry pan.

9.Dip  the meat box  in the prepared egg batter and coat on both sides and shallow fry turning over both the sides.

  17. A story about texas beef jerky - Real tradition cowboy type beef jerky was the meat pulled from the side of a cow and meat scraps leftover from butchering (hence the toughness), thick meaty cuts were cured in a salty brine with whatever herbs or spices they had on hand, often it was twisted and tied into knots and then hung
