PANEER BUTTER MASALA
Ingredients ;
Paneer - 1 cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Onion - chopped 1 medium
Ginger - garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Red chilly powder - 2 tsp
Corriander powder - 1 & 1/2 tsp
Tomato - chopped 1
Fresh cream - 1 cup
Salt - as needed
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Corriander leaves - a few
Preparation:
1. Heat a non stick pan or kadai on medium heat,add 2 tbsp butter and fry paneer pieces in it till light brown.Remove to kitchen tissues and keep it aside.
2.To the same butter,add the chopped onion and saut till lightly brown.Add ginger - garlic paste and saute for 1 more minute to avoid the raw smell.
4.Add 1 cup cream and adjust salt,add garam masala and mix well.Allow it to boil.
5.Add the fried paneer pieces and cook well till done for upto 2 or 3 minutes.
6.Switch off and garnish with corriander leaves,serve hot and enjoy with naan or roti.
