STUFFED PAV/BUN (PAV/BUN NIRACHATHU)


Ingredients :
Pav/small bun - 4
Meat masala - 1 cup
Egg - 1
Garam masala powder - sprinkle
Ghee - 2 tbsp

Preparation:
1.Using a knife,cut out a portion from the bottom of the pav by giving 4 slits on all sides,keep the cover a
 aside and remove some crumbs from the inner section without breaking  the pav.....Do the same with rest ...


2.Add the removed inner pav crumbs to the meat masala and mix well.Filling is ready.
3.Now fill each pav with this filling and cover with the outer part...
 4.In a bowl,beat one egg well and sprinkle garam masala.
5.Heat 2 tbsp ghee in a fry pan.

6.Dip the pav  to the beaten egg and coat well on all sides.
 7.Place this on the pan and fry until lightly brown by turning over all the sides.

 Serve hot......
